We at Arctic Heat Vapes Canada encourage you to shop with total confidence. We are dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with every transaction and we stand behind the quality of our items.
Please see our return and refund policy below if you’re not entirely happy for any reason.
Eligibility for Returns
Items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packing may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items due to safety and hygienic concerns:
- Tobacco sticks, such as TEREA, HEETS, and EVO
- Devices that have been opened or utilized
- Consumables or e-liquids
You can only return things that you bought straight from heatnotburncanada.com.
Items that are flawed or defective
Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within seven days of delivery if you receive a defective or faulty item.
To confirm the problem, we can ask for pictures or a quick video. We’ll give replacement or refund information as soon as it’s confirmed.
Every returned item is examined as soon as it is received. The item will be returned to you if no defects are discovered.
Procedure for Returns
To request a return authorization, get in touch with our customer service team.
You will receive information on where and how to ship your merchandise after it has been approved.
Please make sure the item is safely packed and provide evidence of purchase.
Since we are not liable for misplaced or unconfirmed returns, we advise getting a tracking number or proof of postage.
Refunds
After your return is received and examined, refunds are made within five to seven business days.
Your original payment method will be used for refunds. There are no refunds for shipping costs.
If you want to cancel after your item has shipped, simply refuse delivery or get in touch with us to set up a return when it gets here.
Cancellations
If an order hasn’t been shipped yet, it can be canceled within 30 minutes after being placed.
Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed or shipped; instead, you must follow the above return procedure.
